Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
We aim to hold stock of all items, occasionally we can run short which will add time onto the delivery while we replenish stocks, please allow us 3 weeks on standard deliveries to get to you, if any items go out of stock you will be notified and given a lead time.
Our deliveries are carried out by external carrier services who will handle all communication regarding the delivery once the items are handed over to them. Dependent on where you are, this will be the deciding factor as to which carrier takes the goods to you, it is the customers responsibility to check the condition of the item. It is also the customers responsibility to check the items will fit into the property they are being delivered to, failed deliveries and item returns may be chargeable.
